Our finished areas included mixing, drying, coating and packaging rooms with specific airlock pressure differences.
We helped plan locations and installation of: required sealed lighting, specified voltages/phases/amperages, hospital grade particulate free compressed air, running hot/cold potable water and separate DI water, controlled humidification, HEPA filtered HVAC ventilation, air supplies and exhaust, natural gas, data and security loops, high speed doors, and fire and smoke protection. All work adhered to the strictest government safety and pharmaceutical standards. We calculated needs and ordered, tracked, and handled delivery of materials and hardware, determined best methods storage, and trained all trade workers for best safety and cleanliness practices suitable for pharmaceutical manufacturing. We also supervised the creation of additional cafeteria, sanitary, entrance, office, and storage spaces. |
